Fire exit doors are the final door on an emergency exit route that must lead to a place of safety. It shall be pushed open in case of fire and prevent fire from spreading outside after evacuation. According to UL10(b) & UL10(c)<Standard for Fire Tests of Door Assemblies> fire rating of steel fire exit doors must be no less than 30mins.
Located in Zhengzhou, the same city as Shaolin temple, Zowor is dedicated in providing services around fire rated doors: production, sales, installation and maintenance of fire doors.
We have two production base in which there are 5 workshops of which 2 for steel doors. Total area of workshop for steel doors reaches 50,000 m2, workers for steel doors are only less than 50. But with help of most advanced assembly line they can finish up to 1200 doors per day.
Zowor steel fire exit doors are tested to standard UL10(c), UL10(b), NFPA252 and CAN/ULC S104 and withstand against fire for 123mins. So our steel fire exit doors earn fire grade of 2 hours, which exceeds furtherly the standard.
